2. Products and Product Images
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, sizing, and details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, printing process, garment material, or product batch.
Because many products may be handmade, printed, embroidered, or produced to order, minor variations may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout. You agree to provide current, accurate, and authorized payment information.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders generally require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Minted Faith is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
Minted Faith does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizing, colors, quantities, personalization details, and shipping information before submitting an order.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please contact Minted Faith promptly if you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged or defective.
You may be required to provide your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Claims are reviewed individually, and approval of a replacement or other resolution is at the discretion of Minted Faith.
Normal wear, improper care, incorrect sizing selections, or damage caused after delivery are not considered product defects.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Minted Faith is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are later reported as missing or stolen.
Customers should verify the delivery address, check with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier regarding missing packages. Minted Faith may assist with available tracking information but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
8. Intellectual Property
All Minted Faith names, logos, designs, artwork, photographs, text, product descriptions, graphics, and website content are owned by or licensed to Minted Faith and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or use Minted Faith content or designs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any trademark, copyright, design, or other intellectual property rights.
9. User-Submitted Content and Custom Orders
When submitting a logo, image, phrase, design, or other content for a custom order, you represent that you own the content or have permission to use it.
You agree not to submit content that infringes another person’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Minted Faith may refuse any custom order containing content considered unlawful, hateful, obscene, threatening, misleading, infringing, or inconsistent with our values.
You agree to be responsible for claims or expenses resulting from content you submit without proper authorization.
10. Religious and Inspirational Content
Minted Faith products may contain religious, biblical, inspirational, or faith-based wording and imagery. This content is provided for expressive and inspirational purposes and is not intended to provide theological, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
